Along with seasoned investment partners, HAG started strategic measures to diversify its customer base, extend sourcing operations, and add value-added services to its existing comprehensive metal product procurement offering. HAG purchased Industrial Paint Solutions in Northern Ireland, a long-time provider of VMI and industrial coatings services, in late 2021, expanding the company's presence in storage and finish painting. A year later, HAG purchased Accucam Machining in Ontario, Canada, and Qingdao, China, expanding the company's value-added services to include precise machining of complicated steel castings and other manufactured components.
